Welcome to GetSetPrep.com (“Website”), operated by GetSetPrep Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.

By accessing or using any part of the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

User Content

If you submit any content to the Website, including but not limited to comments, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You also grant us the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content, if we choose.

Billing and Payment

1. Billing Cycle: Clients will be billed on the 1st of every month based on the services used in the previous month. The billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month and ends on the 30th or 31st of the month, except for February, which ends on the 28th, and on leap years, the 29th.

2. Pricing: All pricing details are clearly outlined on our Website. For any custom pricing, GetSetPrep Inc. will inform the client in advance.

3. Payment Method: Payment will be made to the Business via ACH, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business. Payment via card will incur a service fee of 3% and payments via ACH may incur a 1% service fee. Physical Goods are not an acceptable payment method.

4. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other methods as may be specified on our Website.

5. Expenses: Client will reimburse the Business for all expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Contract.

Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services: GetSetPrep Inc. agrees to provide the services specified on our Website or as otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of services and to promptly notify GetSetPrep Inc. of any changes.

3. Service Modifications: Any modifications to the agreed-upon services must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

4. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. The client will be responsible for any charges incurred up to the date of termination.

Description of Services Provided

The Business has completed the following service(s) in full for the Client, as agreed upon: Item Prep, Label Generation, Order Generation, Inbound Receiving of Items, Proper Boxing, Return Processing, Order Fulfillment, Storage of Goods. The Client hereby acknowledges that all Business services were provided as agreed upon and as described, with no issues identified upon completion.

No Refunds

The Client will be assumed to have acknowledged that all business services were provided as agreed upon and described, and to have accepted the services unconditionally unless a claim that the service was not provided is made within 7 days of completion of the service.

 

Cancellation Policy

Since GetSetPrep Inc. operates on a month-to-month service basis, clients can cancel their services by providing a 30-day written notice. This notice can be sent via email or postal mail to our contact information listed below. Services will continue to be provided, and billed, until the end of the 30-day notice period.

Communications

By using our Website and services, you consent to receiving newsletters, marketing, and solicitation emails from time to time. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

Modifications

The Client and The Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing. The Business reserves the right to change pricing of this contract at any time. The Business promises to provide at least 30 days notice of any pricing changes.

Limitation of Liability

GetSetPrep Inc. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website or from any information, content, materials, products, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this Website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
